Alexander Borodich is a founder of Universa Blockchain for businesses and VentureClub, Russia’s number one crowd investment platform and investor club, a business angel, with a track record of over 70 investment projects. Key areas of investment: internet of things, cloud computing, smart cities and SaaS at the seed and idea stages.
He is a managing partner of Future Action, a digital marketing agency, and founder of FutureLabs, a laboratory of the future engaged in the development of technology complex systems. For four years, Alexander Borodich was in charge of online marketing at Acronis, a US-based major global IT company specializing in data protection solutions. He started numerous successful digital companies and developed Affiliate marketing, Google AdWords, SEO, and SMO.
As the head of marketing at Mail.Ru Group, he oversaw marketing projects, negotiations with key partners, company’s product line promotion, SEO/SEM strategy, and event management. Since 2010, an entrepreneur. He is the Head of the Economic Council of Liberland.
Alexander has often been a speaker at industry conferences. He is a mentor and lecturer at the marketing department of the Higher School of Economics. He was the head of the Moscow State University School of Economics and Mathematics from 2010 till 2013, where he has been teaching New Economics for over 13 years.
Alexander Borodich received MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics (Sweden) in 2007, graduated from the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics, and got a degree in marketing at the Higher School of Economics National Research University.

Kirill Varlamov is a head of Internet Initiatives Development Fund (IIDF), created by the current President of Russia, Vladimir Putin. IIDF was established in March 2013. IIDF main goals are financial and consulting support of internet projects at all stages of development, searching and selecting startups and growing them to a highly valuable business.
Kirill is also a CEO at Naumen, company cofounded with Аleksandr Davydov in 2001. Naumen is one of the leading companies in software development in Russia.
Born in 1974 in a city of Sverdlovsk, Kirill graduated Ural State Technical University in 1996, attended classes at Bradley University, Peoria, IL. In 2012 Kirill graduated Moscow management school Skolkovo as Executive MBA. In November 2012 Kirill became a winner at national finals of Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur Of The Year” in IT section. That contest is being held for 27 years in 140 cities of 50 countries around the world.

Sasha Ivanov graduated from Moscow State University in 2001, having studied in the Theoretical Physics faculty. He undertook further study at Leipzig University in Germany, and took an early interest in electronic currencies. From 2008-09 he was involved in programming bots to trade on the international forex markets, making use of artificial neural networks, later working on trading operations and neural network trading systems for banks.
In 2013 Sasha launched Coinomat.com, the first instant cryptocurrency exchange, and in 2014 created CoinoUSD, the first fiat-backed crypto token. In 2015 he launched Coinoindex.com, the first tradeable cryptocurrency index, and the Cryptoasset.fund blockchain-based venture fund, which held $200K under management.
In 2016 Sasha founded custom tokens blockchain platform Waves, which crowdfunded $16M (30,000 BTC).

Andrey Kuzyaev, born on October 6, 1965, in Perm, Russia.
In 1987, he graduated from the Perm State University with a degree in Economics.
In 1991, founded and took the lead of one of the first exchanges in Russia, Perm Commodity Exchange, later reorganized to become Perm Financial and Industrial Group (PFIG) of which he is Chairman of the Board and owner. One of the main assets of PFIG since 2005 is ER Telecom Holding. The Group also holds assets in oilfield services, financial sector, and real estate. PFIG consists of 50 companies that employ over 20 000 people.
Since its establishment in 1995 and until 2003, Andrey Kuzyaev was General Director of LUKOIL-Perm, a subsidiary of LUKOIL Oil Company. In 2000, he was appointed President of LUKOIL Overseas, operator of LUKOIL's international upstream projects, and in 2005, Vice President of LUKOIL Oil Company.
In December 2014, he was elected Chairman of the Board of ER-Telecom Holding, and in July 2015, he was appointed as President of the company.
Andrey Kuzyaev is also Chairman of the Board of the Far East and Baikal Region Development Fund and Chairman of the Supervisory Council of the Perm State University.

Nikolay Nikiforov was assigned the role Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation on May 21, 2012. Earlier he took position of Executive Director in the Information Technology Centre of Tatarstan Republic, and later Deputy Prime Minister of Communications in Tatarstan Republic. He has successfully completed a large-scale project on development and integration of electronic government in the Republic of Tatarstan.

In 1989 graduated with honors from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations with a specialization in international journalism and completed his postgraduate course at Moscow State University specializing in global economic issues.
In 1992, he was an intern at the New York Institute under the Investments and International Accounts Program and in 1993 joined a course for banking specialists at Fairfield University (USA).
From 1991 to 2003 Mr. Cheremin headed various banks.
In 2004, he was appointed CEO of Moscow Bank of Reconstruction and Development (MBRD).
From 2005 to 2009 he acted as the Chairman of the Board of MBRD, he also served as Senior Vice President and Head of External Relations of JSFC Sistema.
From 2009 to 2010 — Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSFC Sistema.
From 2009— Chairman of the Board of Business Council for Cooperation with India, member of the Russian-Indian Inter-Governmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological and Cultural Cooperation.
November 8th 2010, Mr.Cheremin was appointed Minister of the Moscow City Government, Head of the Moscow City Department for External Economic and International Relations.
In 2015 was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Russian-Indian Inter-Governmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological and Cultural Cooperation.
